Team Event a Seaham Smiles

At Seaham Smiles, we believe that exceptional patient care starts with a strong, knowledgeable, and motivated team. This week, we had the incredible opportunity to come together for a fantastic team event at The Parlour in Blagdon, hosted by the amazing Michael Bentley and supported by Practice Plan. It was a day packed with learning, inspiration, and plenty of fun along the way!

Michael Bentley, a true dental industry expert who has worked in practically every role within a dental practice, led the day with his infectious energy and invaluable insights. His vast experience allowed him to break down key aspects of running a successful private practice while keeping the day engaging and interactive. Our team was captivated as he shared his wisdom on how to enhance our service and provide the best possible care to our patients.
